I open the glass door and go up to the desk. "Signing up." I say.

Day woke up from her sleep on the chair at the desk.
"Huh?" she said and rubbed her eyes. "Yeah."
She sat up.

"Name?"

As they arrived, She summoned a fireball. "Go over in the middle and show me what ya can do, Riley."

I stepped inside the small circle and concentrated on the shadows around. I imagined them bending together forming a prison chain. Exactly what I imagined happened and all locked onto Day's shadow which is locked onto Day. A clever trap I had learnt I thought.

Her eyes widened. "Welcome to camp Elemantalist." she said and stuck out her hand. "Im day."

They arrived at the shadow area. A bunch of Older kids were sitting around playing on their laptops. Day snapped her fingers and a bed with fresh clothes, a plate of cookies, a laptop and a suitcase appeared. "Youre mom packed the suitcase." Day said.

I look at her amazed. "Wow." I said as I couldn't help but feel.impressed.

"If youre one of Camps leaders, Then you can do that." Day said. "Ill introduce you to Zayne, the Cabin leader." She went over too the oldest boy.
"Zayne." she said.
Zayne looked up from playing Minecraft. "Day! Hi! How ya doing?" he said and stood up.
"Hey, Zayne. We got a new shadow camper." Day said.
"Cool." He looked at Riley. "Hey, Dude." he stuck out his hand. "Im Zayne. Its nice youre here. Theres not many of us,you see."

"Zayne, you dont have to tell him..." Day said.
"I will." Zayne said darkly. "Look, were like, the masters of shadows. People like that are considered...Different. People dont like us, riley. Neither does she." Zayne pointed at day.
"Thats not true!" day yelled. "Youre so... Mean, Zayne."

I stared at the floor hearing the news. It made sense now why people always treated me as an outsider. I gave a heavy sigh.
"Ok I think I'm right now Day. Thanks for showing me around." I give her a friendly smile.
